Abstract
기존의 EEFL을 생산하는 업체의 검사방법이 현미경을 통한 이물을 검출하는 육안검사 방식이며 이 경우 작업자의 숙련도와 컨디션등에 따라 불량검출이 달라져 객관적인 검사가 불가능하며 결국 EEFL을 광원으로 이용하는 완성된 디스플레이 제품의 품질 불량을 발생케 하는 원인이 된다.
