- Abstract
- 본 발명의 3축 자기장 측정 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 제1압전 공진기에 제1자기변형 물질이 결합되어 있으며, X축 방향으로의 자기장의 세기를 측정할 수 있는 X축 방향 자기장 측정부; 제2압전 공진기에 제2자기변형 물질이 결합되어 있으며, Y축 방향으로의 자기장의 세기를 측정할 수 있는 Y축 방향 자기장 측정부; 및 제3압전 공진기에 제3자기변형 물질이 결합되어 있으며, Z축 방향으로의 자기장의 세기를 측정할 수 있는 Z축 방향 자기장 측정부; ; 를 포함하여 이루어져, 자기변형 물질을 이용하여 공진기의 진동 방향에 따른 수직 및 수평 방향의 자기장의 세기를 측정할 수 있는 3축 자기장 측정 장치에 관한 것이다.
