| dc.description.abstract | CZTSSe 광흡수층을 제조함에 있어서, Cu 전구체, Zn 전구체 및 Sn 전구체와 접촉하는 Se의 양을 조절함으로써 CZTSSe 광흡수층 내 결정립의 크기를 조절하는 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 CZTSSe 광흡수층 내 결정립의 크기를 조절하는 방법은 저온에서 결정립의 크기를 크게 형성시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 결정립의 크기를 적절히 조절하여 CZTSSe 광흡수층에 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 어닐링 과정에서 전구체 소스를 추가로 공급할 필요가 없다는 장점이 있다. | - |
