Abstract
일 실시예에 따른 프로브는 워킹 채널; 상기 워킹 채널에 설치되고, 대상체의 표면 정보에 관한 분광 이미지를 획득하도록 구성된 적어도 하나 이상의 광학 요소; 및 상기 워킹 채널에 배치되고, 대상체의 깊이 정보에 관한 초음파 이미지를 획득하도록 구성되고, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 광학 요소에 대해 이동하는 초음파 트랜스듀서를 포함한다.
