Abstract
TiO2-x로 표시되는 환원된 티타니아를 포함하는 다공성 입자; 및 상기 다공성 입자 표면에 적어도 부분적으로 형성된 티타니아(TiO2) 나노 구조물;을 포함하는 복합체(0.1≤x＜2)가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 복합체는 리튬 이온 전지의 음극 활물질로 사용됨으로써 리튬 이온 전지에의 성능 및 수명을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 넓은 전위창을 가지는 효과가 있다.
