- Abstract
- 본 발명은 슈퍼커패시터 전극의 성능을 효과적으로 향상시키기 위해 계층적 나노 구조를 갖는 하이브리드 슈퍼커패시터 전극용 나노 복합체 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 코어를 구성하는 나노 탄소 구체; 및 상기 나노 탄소 구체의 표면 상에 분산 부착된 Bi2MoO6 나노 페탈(petal) 어레이를 포함하여 구성되는 슈퍼커패시터 전극용 나노 복합체가 제공된다.
