본 발명은 전자장치 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 기판 상에 피박리층을 배치하여 적층체를 형성하는 단계, 상기 적층체에 열충격을 가하는 단계, 상기 기판으로부터 상기 피박리층를 이탈시키는 단계 및 이탈된 상기 피박리층을 대상 기판으로 전사하는 단계를 포함하는, 전자장치 제조방법을 제공한다.
