- Abstract
- 본 발명은 농도 측정 장치 및 그 시스템과 농도 측정 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 측정 영역을 거칠게 하여 보다 정확하게 농도를 측정할 수 있는 농도 측정 장치 및 그 시스템과 농도 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. 본원 발명은 전극 표면의 일부분을 측정 영역으로 하고 주변에 비해 측정 영역의 표면을 더 거칠게 형성함으로써, Coffee ring effect를 방지하고 pinning effect에 의해 보다 균일하게 전극 표면에 입자를 형성 할 수 있도록 하여 정확한 농도를 측정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
