Abstract: 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에서는 제어기로 피드백되는 노이즈가 포함된 시스템출력 신호에서 HPF(High Pass Filter)를 적용하여 시스템 출력 성분 중 빠르게 변하는 응답 성분을 건드리지 않으면서 측정 잡음만 선택적으로 줄이고자 한다.
