- 본 출원은 주행경로 설정장치 및 주행경로 설정방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 주행경로 설정방법은 상기 자율주행차량의 정상작동여부를 자체점검하여 주행가능여부를 판별하는 단계; 주행가능한 것으로 판별되면, 상기 자율주행차량이 수집하는 주행정보를 기반으로 주행판단을 수행하여, 상기 자율주행차량의 행동상태(behavior state)를 설정하는 단계; 및 상기 행동상태에 따라, 상기 자율주행차량의 주행경로를 설정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
