- 본 발명은 열전효과를 갖는 열전도체 및 이를 포함하는 냉각-가열 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 일면에 배치되는 제 1 열전도부; 타면에 배치되는 제 2 열전도부; ; 상기 제 1 열전도부 및 제 2 열전도부 사이에 배치되며, 상기 제 1 열전도부 및 제 2 열전도부 사이의 열 전달을 차단하는 절열부; 및 상기 제 1 열전도부 및 제 2 열전도부 사이에 배치되며, 상기 제 1 열전도부 및 제 2 열전도부를 가열 또는 냉각시키는 열전 소자부;를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 열전도부, 제 2 열전도부, 절열부 및 열전 소자부는 유연성을 갖는, 열전도체 및 이를 포함하는 냉각-가열 시스템일 수 있다.
