- 본 발명은 태양전지의 광흡수층 제조방법을 제공하고, 상기 태양전지의 광흡수층 제조방법은 후면 전극층 상에 금속, 금속 황 및 금속 셀렌 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 금속 화합물 전구체를 증착하는 단계, 제1 열처리 온도 범위에서 상기 금속 화합물 전구체를 합금화 하는 단계 및 제2 열처리 온도 범위에서 황화 소스의 투입 없이 셀렌화 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
