Abstract
일 실시예에 따른 3차원 진단 시스템은 진단 대상체에 위치하도록 구성된 프로브; 상기 프로브를 통해 대상체의 표면 정보에 대한 분광 이미지를 획득하도록 구성된 분광 이미지 획득부; 및 상기 프로브를 통해 대상체의 깊이 정보에 대한 초음파 이미지를 획득하도록 구성된 초음파 이미지 획득부;를 포함하고, 대상체의 표면 정보 및 깊이 정보를 정합하여 생성된 3차원 이미지를 통해 대상체에 대한 3차원 진단이 가능하다.
