본 발명은 베타전지 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 방사성 동위원소인 14C를 양자점화시킨 후, 이를 베타전지의 캐소드 및 베타선원으로 도입한 베타전지 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
