Abstract
본 발명은 스트레스에 의해 해마 신경줄기세포에서 발생하는 자가포식에 의한 세포 사멸과 혈청 및 글루코코르티코이드 의존성 카이네이즈-3(SGK3)의 연관관계를 밝히고, SGK3를 활용하여 뇌신경계 질환의 진단과 치료를 위한 다양한 조성물 및 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
