- Abstract
- 본 발명은 (a)질소원소 함유 전구체를 고분자화하여 벌크 그래파이트형 고분자를 제조하는 단계; (b)비활성 분위기에서 상기 벌크 그래파이트형 고분자와 금속분말을 혼합한 후, 상기 금속의 용융점 이상의 온도에서 열처리하는 단계; 및 (c)상기 열처리 생성물을 산(acid) 용액에 투입하고 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 다공성 질소 도핑 고흑연성 탄소체의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 다공성 질소 도핑 고흑연성 탄소체를 제공한다.
