- Abstract
- 본 발명은 요구 기반 FTL의 캐시 영역을 클린 영역과 더티 영역으로 분리하고, 클린 영역을 통해 읽기 요청의 동작을 처리함으로써 응답시간 특성을 향상시킨 SSD를 위한 요구 기반 FTL 캐시 분리 방법 및 그 컴퓨팅 장치에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 읽기 응답 특성의 향상에 따라 저하된 쓰기 응답 특성을 보완하도록 테이블의 엔트리로 더티 영역에서 쓰기가 이루어지게 하는 SSD를 위한 요구 기반 FTL 캐시 분리 방법 및 그 컴퓨팅 장치에 관한 것이다.
