일 실시예에 따른 3차원 망막 자극 디바이스는, 상면, 하면 및 상기 상면과 상기 하면을 연결하는 복수 개의 가장자리를 갖는 기판; 및 상기 상면과 상기 하면 사이에 설치된 복수 개의 전극을 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 가장자리는 상기 상면과 상기 하면에 대해 경사면을 포함한다.
