Major research interests
Our research focuses on identifying the neuronal and molecular mechanisms that underlie pheromone-mediated regulation of development and behavior using the C. elegans model system.
These studies will allow us to better understand the mechanisms and neuronal circuits by which complex species-specific environmental cues and internal metabolic status is integrated to drive highly precise developmental and behavioral responses.
