- Abstract
- 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에서는, 간단한 설계 변경만으로 발열 위치를 국소 제어할 수 있는 발열 소자 패키지를 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 발열 제어가 가능한 발열 소자 패키지는, 발열 소자; 상기 발열 소자 상에 배치되는 발열 제어층; 및 상기 발열 제어층과 전기적으로 연결되는 전원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
