Abstract
본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 박막 태양전지 광흡수층의 제조 방법은, 후면 전극 상에 공극형성방지막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 공극형성방지막 상에 Zn 전구체, Cu 전구체 및 Sn 전구체를 적층하여 광흡수층의 금속 전구체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 공극형성방지막 및 금속 전구체를 열처리 하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
