본 발명은 단층 2차원 물질 구조체의 원자 배열 방향을 고려하여 제조된 트랜지스터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 특정 방향에서의 전기적 특성이 우수한 2차원 물질 구조체를 적용한 트랜지스터에 관한 것이다.
