Abstract
둘 이상의 향료에 대하여 냄새 인지를 이용한 냄새 유사도 평가 방법 및 향료에 대한 설명의 제시된 향료 및 향료에 대한 설명이 제시되지 않은 상기와 같은 향료에 대하여 냄새 인지를 이용한 냄새 유사도 평가 방법을 제공한다. 이에 따르면, 새로운 향 및 향료에 대한 설명의 효과를 객관적이고, 편리하게 파악할 수 있다.
