본 발명의 다양한 실시예는 장내 미생물을 쉽게 채취 및 회수할 수 있는 미생물 능동 채취 마이크로 구조체 및 이를 이용한 미생물 능동 채취 방법으로서, 미생물 능동 채취 마이크로 구조체는 자성 나노입자, 반응 개시제 및 고분자 단량체를 포함하는 코어; 및 상기 코어를 둘러싸고 지방산을 포함하는 쉘을 포함할 수 있다.
