dc.description.abstract We consider the precoding design to reduce uninformative data transmissions in multi-user multiple-input singleoutput (MISO) networks. By considering the informativeness as well as the freshness of the data, we first present the peak age of incorrect information (AoII) at each physical machine (PM). We then propose the generalized power iteration (GPI) precoding algorithm to provide the precoding vector of the base station (BS) that minimizes the sum peak AoII of PMs. We show the proposed algorithm outperforms baseline methods by scheduling more for informative data updates.
