Abstract
본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 ZnS(e) 상 제어 방법 및 박막 태양전지 광흡수층의 제조 방법은, 기판을 준비하는 단계; 상기 기판 상에 후면 전극을 형성하는 단계; 상기 후면 전극 상에 광흡수층의 전구체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 전구체를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 열처리하는 단계는 열처리 공정 중 수소 가스를 도입하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
