| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 CZTS계 박막 태양전지 광흡수층의 제조방법, 이로부터 제조되는 CZTS계 박막 태양전지 광흡수층에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, ⅰ) 기판상에 제1 전극층을 형성하는 단계, ⅱ) 상기 제1 전극층 상에 아연(Zn) 전구체층을 형성하는 단계, ⅲ) 상기 아연(Zn) 전구체층 상에 구리(Cu) 전구체층을 형성하는 단계, ⅳ) 상기 구리(Cu) 전구체층 상에 주석(Sn) 전구체층을 형성하는 단계, 및 ⅴ)알칼리 금속 화합물층을 형성하는 단계,를 포함하는 전구체층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 알칼리 금속 화합물층을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 제1 전극층 및 아연(Zn) 전구체층 사이에 형성되는 제1 알칼리 금속 화합물층, 상기 아연(Zn) 전구체층 및 상기 구리(Cu) 전구체층 사이에 형성되는 제2 알칼리 금속 화합물층, 상기 구리(Cu) 전구체층 및 주석(Sn) 전구체층 사이에 형성되는 제3 알칼리 금속 화합물층 중 적어도 2개를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, CZTS계 박막 태양전지 광흡수층의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. | - |
