- Abstract
- 본 발명은 입력 임피던스 부스팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 입력 임피던스 부스팅 장치는 아날로그-디지털 변환회로와, 아날로그-디지털 변환회로의 입력단 및 접지 라인과 연결되고, 하부에 제1 쉴딩 금속이 형성된 입력 커패시터와, 아날로그-디지털 변환회로의 포지티브 피드백 루프(positive feedback loop) 상에 연결되고, 하부에 제2 쉴딩 금속이 형성된 피드백 커패시터 및 피드백 커패시터의 양단에 연결되고, 입력 커패시터와 제1 쉴딩 금속 사이에 형성되는 제1 기생 성분 및 피드백 커패시터와 제2 쉴딩 금속 사이에 형성되는 제2 기생 성분에 기초하여 입력 임피던스를 부스팅하는 임피던스 부스팅부를 포함한다.
