본 발명은 아데노부속바이러스 벡터를 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 아데노부속바이러스 벡터의 생산 스케일을 현저히 축소시킬 수 있는 세포 용해 방법 및 정제 조건을 규명하였다. 본 발명의 개선된 아데노부속바이러스 벡터 정제 기법은 생산 기간을 단축시키고, 정제 효율을 높임으로써 높은 역가의 벡터를 수득할 수 있으며, 동시에 제작비용 절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
