Abstract
본 발명은 2차원 물질 구조체의 나노포어 형성방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 2차원 물질을 이용한 다양한 구조(단일 구조, 이종접합 구조, 멀티접합 구조 등) 상에 나노포어를 형성함으로써 다층 이차원 물질이 갖는 간접 밴드갭을 직접 밴드갭 구조로 갖도록 하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
