| dc.description.abstract | We have developed soft bioelectronic devices for interfacing the brain as well as nerves. Soft materials are advantageous in terms of physical properties being close to those of biological tissues, than rigid engineering materials. Brain interfaces and nerve interfaces pose different technical challenges due to the differences in geometry and locations to apply. We introduce various brain interfaces and nerve interfaces, including their fabrication and in-vivo experiments for long-term neuronal signal recording as well as for selective stimulation. | - |
