dc.description.abstract The present invention relates to a continuous-time [Delta] [Sigma] analog-to-digital conversion device and an operating method thereof, the continuous-time [Delta] [Sigma] analog-to-digital conversion device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a linear integrator that generates a first output signal corresponding to an input voltage on the basis of an operation of a linear Gm circuit that receives a preset input voltage; and a quantizer that generates a second output signal corresponding to the first output signal based on an operation of a body-driven oscillator (VCO) that receives the first output signal, and generates a digital output code corresponding to the second output signal based on an operation of a frequency-to-digital converter (FDC) that receives the second output signal. -
