Abstract
The present invention relates to a technique, which rectifies charges generated through an energy-generating element and transmits same into a human body to regulate the potential of the human body, and thus prevents the generation of static electricity. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an anti-static device comprises: a rectification unit for rectifying the charges generated from an energy-generating element to negative charges, and inducing movement of the rectified negative charges; an operation unit, which is attached to a portion of a human body, transmits the induced negative charges into the human body to regulate the potential of the human body, and thus prevents the generation of static electricity, and transmits positive charges of the human body to the rectification unit; and a charge storage unit which is made of a conductor and an insulator, stores the positive charges through the rectification unit, and discharges the stored positive charges, and which prevents the generation of static electricity according to the positive charges electrified in the conductor on the basis of the insulator.
