Abstract

According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for evaluating the value of a document on the basis of claim analysis, comprising the steps of: obtaining bibliographic information and claim text of a target patent, and extracting one or more components from the claim text; determining one or more matching features satisfying a matching condition with each of the one or more components, and obtaining a prior document or a following document including one or more of the matching features; calculating the number of one or more prior documents as a prior appearance frequency and the number of one or more following documents as a following appearance frequency; determining one or more evaluation items including the prior appearance frequency or the following appearance frequency; and calculating a value score of the target patent on the basis of the one or more evaluation items.
