| dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to a composition for treating, improving or preventing Alzheimer's disease caused by ApoE4 gene mutation. The composition comprises pinellia ternate heart-fire purging decoction as an active ingredient. The composition containing the pinellia ternate heart-fire purging decoction as an active ingredient and the treatment method show excellent effects of reducing beta amyloid protein (which is specific to Alzheimer's disease caused by ApoE4 gene mutation) and inhibiting deposition of the beta amyloid protein; thus, the composition has high applicability as a specific composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating Alzheimer's disease caused by ApoE4 gene mutation. | - |
