본 발명은 피리딘계 리간드가 치환된 무기 반도체 양자점, 이를 포함하는 양자점 태양전지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 양자점의 응집 현상을 제어하고 태양전지 소자 구동 시 전자 재결합을 방지하는 기능성 리간드 물질이 치환됨으로써 광전 변환 효율을 향상할 수 있는 무기 반도체 양자점, 이를 포함하는 양자점 태양전지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
