| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 (S1) 비정질 질화규소 분말 및 환원제 분말을 혼합하는 단계; 및 (S2) 상기 혼합분말을 열처리하여 비정질 질화규소에 함유된 규소의 적어도 일부를 결정화하는 단계;를 포함하는, 질화규소 복합체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 제조 공정이 간단하고, 저렴한 비용으로 질화규소 복합체를 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 방법으로 제조된 질화규소 복합체는 결정질 부분과 비정질 부분이 공존함에 따라, 리튬 이차전지용 음극으로 사용 시 용량, 율속 특성 및 수명 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. | - |
