Soft and flexible electronics have attracted increasing attention for wearable healthcare, rehabilitation assistance, soft robotics, and human–machine interfaces, where devices are required to maintain stable electrical performance while conforming to curved surfaces under repeated mechanical deformation. However, conventional fabrication strategies for soft electronic devices often involve complex, costly, or material restrictive processes, which can limit design freedom, substrate compatibility, and practical scalability. In parallel, the growing use of disposable and short-term monitoring devices has raised concerns regarding electronic waste, thereby motivating the development of biodegradable electronic systems. Despite recent advances, achieving both mechanical compliance and reliable electrical performance in biodegradable conductors remains challenging, particularly because device relevant conductivity often requires post- processing conditions that are incompatible with heat sensitive biodegradable polymers and flexible substrates. In this study, we introduce a biodegradable soft-electronics platform based on direct ink writing (DIW) of Zn particle-based conductive inks and low-temperature chemical sintering. A biodegradable polymer conductive ink containing Zn particles is formulated to provide suitable rheological properties for DIW, enabling the direct patterning of electrodes and interconnects on flexible substrates. The printed geometry and thickness of the electrodes can be controlled by adjusting the printing parameters. The printed Zn electrodes are chemically sintered at low temperature using an acetic acid-based sintering solution containing functional additives. This treatment promotes electrical contact between Zn particles and reduces resistance without requiring high temperature curing. The additives in the sintering solution also improve the flexibility of the printed electrodes and help maintain resistance stability under mechanical deformation and ambient storage conditions. As a result, the printed electrodes exhibit low line resistance (≈4 Ω·cm⁻¹) and stable electromechanical performance under repeated mechanical deformation.|부드럽고 유연한 전자소자는 웨어러블 헬스케어, 재활 보조, 소프트 로보틱스, 인간–기계 인터페이스 분야에서 점점 더 주목받고 있으며, 이러한 소자는 반복적인 기계적 변형 하에서 곡면에 밀착된 상태에서도 안정적인 전기적 성능을 유지해야 합니다.
