| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 실험용 미세동물의 EMG 측정용 미세전극에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 일면에 절연판이 증착된 금속판; 상기 절연판 상에 배치되고, 상기 금속판과 전기적으로 연결되고, 절연체로 덮이며, 서로 인접하는 복수개의 실리콘 기판; 및 상기 각각의 실리콘 기판과 일체로 형성되어 상기 실리콘 기판 상에 배치되며, 서로 동일하게 기설정된 길이를 가지며, 상기 실리콘 기판을 기준으로 수직방향으로 서서히 좁아지는 형상이며, 서로 기설정된 거리만큼 이격되고, 금속물질이 증착되어 금속층이 형성되며, 상기 금속층 위에 상기 절연체가 형성되며, 팁(Tip)의 일정 부분의 상기 금속층이 노출된 복수개의 바늘 전극을 포함한다. | - |
