- Abstract
- 본 발명은 반도체 금속 산화물 및 고분자 수지를 혼합 및 혼련하여 반도체 금속 산화물이 함유된 고분자 수지 조성물을 준비하는 단계, 상기 고분자 수지를 성형하여 소정의 형상을 갖는 고분자 소재를 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 고분자 소재에 금속 나노 입자를 광증착시켜 상기 고분자 소재 표면에 분포된 금속 산화물 입자에 상기 금속 나노 입자를 담지시키는 단계를 포함하는 기능성 고분자 소재의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 상기 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 고분자 소재의 표면에는 은(Ag), 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 구리(Cu) 및 아연(Zn) 등의 금속 나노 입자가 담지되어 있다.
