본 발명은 고전도성 PET 직물 상에 산화아연 나노구조체가 전기증착된 자외선센서 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 Ni와 Cu가 무전해도금된 PET 직물상에 나노로드, 나노플라워 및 네트워크 구조의 산화아연을 전기증착 방법으로 제조하고 이를 자외선센서로 적용한 사례를 제시한다.
