- Abstract
- 본 발명은 금속할로겐화합물 층 상에 유기할로겐화합물을 도포하여 페로브스카이트 층을 형성하는 단계(단계 1); 및 상기 단계 1에서 형성된 페로브스카이트 층에 유기할로겐화합물을 접촉시키는 단계(단계 2);를 포함하는, 페로브스카이트 광흡수층 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 광흡수층 제조방법 및 상기 광흡수층 제조방법이 적용된 태양전지 제조방법은 페로브스카이트 내 불순물로 작용하는 금속할로겐화합물을 반응시켜 제거하여, 단락전류의 값이 향상되고 그에 따라 광전환 효율이 향상된 태양전지를 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
