- Abstract
- 본 발명은 기판; 상기 기판 상부에 적층되는 음극; 상기 음극 상부에 적층되는 전자수송층; 상기 전자수송층 상부에 적층되는 광활성층; 상기 광활성층 상부에 적층되는 정공수송층; 및 상기 정공수송층 상부에 적층되는 양극;을 포함하는 유기 태양전지에 있어서, 상기 전자수송층 및 광활성층 사이에 아미노산을 포함하는 자기조립층(Self assembled monolayer)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양전지를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 태양전지는 무기물인 전자수송층과 유기물인 광활성층 사이의 아미노산 기반의 자가조립층(Self-assembled-monolayer)을 형성된 유기 태양전지로써, 상기 유기 태양전지는 접촉 저항이 감소하여 충진인자가 향상되는 효과가 있다. 이에 따라, 유기 태양전지의 광전변환효율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
