Abstract: 본 발명은 InP/ZnS 코어-쉘 양자점 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, InP/ZnS 코어-쉘 양자점의 콜로이드 합성시 첨가되는 일정함량의 물로 인해 향상된 광학적 특성을 가질 뿐만 아니라 재현성도 우수한 InP/ZnS 코어-쉘 양자점, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 백색 LED에 관한 것이다.
