- Abstract
- 일 실시예에 따른 분말 열처리 장치는, 분말이 장입되며 열처리가 진행되는 반응관, 상기 반응관을 둘러싸도록 상기 반응관의 외부에 배치되는 외부관, 상기 반응관 및 상기 외부관을 회전시키는 회전 장치를 포함한다. 상기 반응관은 길이 방향에 수직인 방향으로의 단면이 다각형 형상을 가지는 반응실을 포함하고, 상기 반응관 및 상기 외부관 사이의 공간에는 소정의 분위기 가스를 공급함으로써 상기 반응관을 외부 환경으로부터 격리시킨다.
