| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 Zn(O, S) 버퍼층 CZTS계 박막 태양전지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 Zn(O, S) 버퍼층을 원자층 증착법으로 형성하여 정확한 비율의 Zn(O, S) 버퍼층의 제조가 가능한 Zn(O, S) 버퍼층 CZTS계 박막 태양전지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 Zn(O, S) 버퍼층 CZTS계 박막 태양전지의 제조방법은 CZTS의 광흡수층 상에 Zn(O, S)의 버퍼층을 원자층 증착법으로 형성시켜, Zn(O, S)의 버퍼층의 산화아연(ZnS), 황화아연(ZnO)의 비율을 정확하게 제어할 수 있으며, 원자층 증착법에 의해 CZTS계의 광흡수층과 접촉되는 계면의 품질이 향상되어 계면에서 전류와 전압의 손실이 저하되는 효과가 있으며, 기존의 버퍼층에서 사용되는 물질인 CdS를 사용하지 않아 제조공정상의 환경 오염문제를 해결할 수 있다. | - |
