- Abstract
- 이하, 골 고정 장치 및 이를 포함하는 시스템이 개시된다. 골 고정 시스템은, 타겟팅 가이드, 일 측에 상기 타겟팅 가이드와 연결되고, 타 측에 스크류 보어를 구비한 네일 및 상기 스크류 보어로 고정 나사를 주사하는 드릴을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 타겟팅 가이드 또는 상기 네일은, 네일의 자세 정보를 측정하는 골수내정 자세 감지부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 드릴은, 드릴의 자세 정보를 측정하는 드릴 자세 감지부를 포함할 수 있다. 주사 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 골 고정 시스템은 측정된 네일의 자세 정보 및 측정된 드릴의 자세 정보에 기초하여 상기 스크류 보어에 대한 상기 드릴의 주사 방향을 보정할 수 있다.
