- 본 발명은 차량의 전기기계 브레이크를 제어하는 중앙 제어부를 포함하는 전기기계 브레이크 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 시스템은 상기 중앙 제어부의 명령에 따라 상기 차량의 브레이크를 제어하며, 상기 브레이크 관련 정보를 상기 중앙 제어부로 전송하는 브레이크 제어부; 및 상기 차량의 브레이크 페달 관련 정보를 상기 중앙 제어부로 전송하는 브레이크 페달 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 중앙 제어부는 상기 브레이크와 관련된 정보 및 상기 브레이크 페달과 관련된 정보를 바탕으로, 상기 전기기계 브레이크 시스템의 고장 상태를 파악하고, 고장 상태에 따라, 상기 전기기계 브레이크 시스템을 재구성한다.
