나트륨 화합물과 용매를 포함하는 전착액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 전착액에 P측 전극과 상대전극을 침지시키는 단계, 상기 P측 전극과 상기 상대전극 사이에 전계를 인가하여 상기 P측 전극 상부에 나트륨 수화물 박막을 형성시키는 단계, 상기 P측 전극에 형성된 상기 나트륨 수화물 박막 상부에 칼코지나이드계 태양전지셀을 형성시키는 단계, 및 상기 칼코지나이드계 태양전지셀 상부에 N측 전극을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 칼코지나이드계 태양전지의 제조방법이 제공된다.
