Abstract
본 발명은 퇴행성 뇌신경질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 미세아교세포의 활성을 효과적으로 억제함으로써 염증성 사이토카인의 생산을 감소시켜 염증을 억제하고, 활성화된 미세아교세포가 신경세포에 미치는 손상에 대한 보호 효과가 우수하여 퇴행성 뇌신경질환의 예방 또는 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
